With a whole host of strategies and initiatives permeating from governing, locally, regionally and nationally Wesport believes that real change can only take place if we get the structure at the coal face right. By creating a vibrant network of coaches and community activators across the 4 unitary authorities. This will help to share best practice, ensure opportunities are available to the high quality coaches in the West of England and encourage more individuals with a interest in sport to go into coaching on a voluntary and professionaol basis.

- Providing a database of coaches who can help deliver opportunities to our communities.
- Providing a comprehensive directory of opportunities for development.
