Job Vacancies: Relationship Managers - England Hockey Board
England Hockey Board (EHB) is the National Governing Body for the sport of Hockey. Entering into a very exciting phase with London 2012 only months away, EHB is looking to recruit 2 Relationship Managers (to complete a team of 12) covering the following areas:
- Relationship Manager - Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, Avon, Wiltshire, Dorset.
- Relationship Manager - London (33 London Boroughs)
The Relationship Manager role is critical to EHB achieving a number of its strategic objectives. The role requires both a commercial and customer focused approach to deliver against targets of increasing participation and broadening income by developing high quality understanding and relationships with new and existing stakeholders and partners and delivering EHB programmes and products accordingly.
The successful candidates will be required to demonstrate extensive experience of building, managing and influencing relationships with budget holders and decision makers, successfully working in partnership with a wide set of voluntary, public and private sector and external agencies and achieving targets. In addition to this the successful candidates should bring to the role knowledge an understanding of sports development and the day to day governance, management and operations of local sports clubs, sport and the voluntary sector.
