Executive Insight is just that pill.
In a facilitated workshop Wesport can, in a fully engaging workshop, assess every area of your business from leadership, purpose and direction to execution, money, operations and innovation and help you to establish 2-3 key priorities which could transform your organisation. It also works well on department or even smaller team level.
The workshop can be run with your senior or whole team up to a maximum of ideally 10-12 people and involves an innovative card game played by the team to tease out any potential issues for the organisation, which when addressed will tranform your organisation into one which is truly great at what it does.
The power of the Executive Insight tool is 2 fold:
1. It is quick. In 30 minutes you will have a established via a series of "clue" cards areas of your business which are operating well, and a series of "clues" to areas which could be improved. In the following few hours these can be honed down to 2-3 priority issues which can be actioned in 90 days to transform your business.
2. The issues and solutions remain with the team. Executive Insight is not about a consultant analysing your business and producing a report for action which is not owned by the staff in the business. Issues are raised by the team, anonymously, agreed jointly and then solutions are explored by the team and actioned accordingly. Your organisation will remain in control at all times, driving your destiny from within.
The Executive Insight process can also provide a range of collateral information to help you through defining issues and finding solutions.
