Personal Coaching

Out of 10, score yourself against how you feel about yourself, your family, your colleagues and your organisation. It is unlikely your scores will be 10, 10, 10, 10 but have your ever thought about how to raise your scores to become generally more fulfilled. Well, personal coaching from Wesport can help.

Richard Barrington, Chief Operating Officer at Wesport, is currently undertaking an Institute of Leadership and Management Level 5 qualification in Coaching to hone his coaching skills and achieve a formal accreditation. This is being undertaken through the inaugral Footdown School of Coaching and Mentoring.

As part of this process he is looking for individuals from the network to work with who wish to develop themselves to become more effective in their work and gain a better underdstanding of what makes them tick.

A coaching relationship with Richard would aim to add value to the coachee whilst at the same time allowing Richard to develop his own skills. As this is a two way relationship and subject to time constraints Richard would be happy to provide some free coaching sessions to individuals who truly wish to achieve step changes in their lives.

If you are interested in discussing this opportunity further please contact richard.barrington@uwe.ac.uk.

Richard's capacity may mean that he will not be able to taken on a large number of candidates but he may be able to refer individuals to other suitable coaches engaged in the School of Coaching.

Want to evolve your own Coaching Skills?
