Sport Nottinghamshire is the County Sports Partnership for Nottinghamshire. We aim to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to participate in sport and reach their full potential. Sport Nottinghamshire is funded by Sport England and is hosted within the Sport and Lifestyle Department of NTU.

Sport Nottinghamshire is seeking an experienced professional with a track record in partnership working who will be responsible for developing the links between School Sport and Community Sport, with a strong emphasis on National Governing Body competition pathways and leading on the organisation, co-ordination and delivery of the Nottinghamshire School Games to deliver real benefits to sport and young people at a local level.

You will be experienced in strategy and policy development and possess the ability to manage projects and events to a high standard with significant budget resources.

Capable of planning and organising your own complex and demanding workload within deadlines, with excellent communication and negotiating skills; you should be educated to degree level or equivalent and have several years’ experience in a partnership building role. Knowledge of the sport and education sectors is essential.
