Position: General Manager
Location: Bath, South West
Salary: £25k - £30k depending on experience, plus bonus scheme

The Lansdown Tennis, Squash & Croquet Club is one of the leading members’ tennis, squash and croquet clubs in the South West. The Club has over 900 members. It has 11 tennis courts, 4 squash courts, croquet lawn, cafebar, car park and is situated in a beautiful location.
They are seeking a dynamic manager with a passion for sport and previous management experience. Your key responsibilities will be: to motivate and manage all paid and retained staff; develop and retain membership; market and promote the Club; develop the bar and catering activities; oversee the facilities, grounds and incoming services.
The General Manager is the key role within the Club and you will have the enthusiasm and drive to make this leading Club even more successful. To succeed in this role you will have a big personality and feel comfortable and confident in face to face communication with both members and staff. You will enjoy a challenge and have the ability to think outside the box. You will also have the ability to recognise the small things that make a difference to member satisfaction
