Helping 16 to 25 year olds to #RunAndRevise; 13-19 May

Are you a student aged 16-18 at a school or college or aged 18-25 studying at a college or university? Looking for an easy way to be social and get active to take your mind off exam stress and keep you positive? Yes and yes? Take part in the England Athletics #RunAndRevise campaign to run one mile or further and have a chat as part of Mental Health Awareness Week

During the week of 13-19 May 2019 England Athletics, supported by Mind the mental health charity, is encouraging all 16-25 year old students to #RunAndRevise to take a break from exam revision and improve their mental wellbeing through running.

#RunAndRevise this May by joining an organized run at an England Athletics club, a RunTogether group, via an event hosted by National Partners or with friends, family or colleagues at a time and location of your choice. Go to www.runandrevise.cio.uk to find your nearest #RunAndRevise session
