NEW SESSIONS STARTING IN MAY AND JUNE
City Academy - Commences on the 5th June
The Grange - Commences on the 15th May
Wesport are providing young talented athletes between the ages of 11 & 16 the opportunity to attend weekly Strength and Conditioning sessions to support their sports specific training.
Under the guidance of highly qualified and experienced Strength and Conditioning coaches, athletes will work on a tailored programme to improve their movement skills.
Places are limited and are based on a selection process.
How to apply to join a Talent Hub
1. Download the application form on the right hand side of this page or phone us and we will send you a copy in the post.
2. Complete the application form. We will need as much detail as you can provide so we know about your background and experience.
3. Send the form to Wesport either by e-mail or post.
Selected athletes will then be sent a booking form which will need to be completed and returned to Wesport along with payment.
The cost of the sessions is £5 per week and is payable in half term blocks (This programme is an on-going programme with no end date). You are also able to allocate a non-payment week, so if you know that you can only do six of the seven weeks then you can identify this at the beginning of the term and not be charged for this one week.
