As part of our support for primary schools around the School Sport Premium Funding we offer a West of England Primary PE Conference every year. The content is led by the needs of the schools in the area, helping schools to develop their P.E. and School Sport provision.
2020 - 'Active Schools are Stronger Schools'
The 2020 PE Conference took place on Tuesday 25th February at Shaftesbury Park, home of Dings Crusaders RFC. 80 teachers attended a range of workshops including Active 30 Minutes, Small-sided games, Effective Reporting of your Primary PE and Sport Premium Spend and School Swimming Requirements.
All presentations from the workshops can be found in the Downloads section on the righthand side of this page.
We also welcomed 12 exhibitors in our Marketplace offering information about various products and programmes. We also offered delegates the chance to get active and try a range of alternative activities they might like to introduce to their pupils, including skateboarding, active learning games, disc golf and skipping challenges.
