Do you want to learn more about youth voice? Do you know about children's rights in sport? And how can you give them a say in how your sports club is run?
In this "Talking Sport Welfare" event, we'll be learning about the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, why children and young people have a right for their opinions to be heard, and give you some easy tips and tricks about how you can enable youth voice.
- Understand why it’s important to enable young people to have a say in your club, both inside and outside of training.
- Outline methods of engaging young people and listening to their opinions.
- Recognise places where you can implement youth voice or as a part of your coaching practices.
