Mental Health and Wellbeing Tennis

Our Tennis for Mental Health and Wellbeing sessions take place in parks across Bristol.

The sessions are open to adults experiencing mental health conditions and to carers/support workers.

Each session is led by a tennis coach who will support you with different fun tennis activities.

All equipment is provided so we recommend you just need to turn up with a pair of comfy trainers and a drink.

When are the sessions?

Eastville Park: Tuesday's @ 3pm

Canford Park: Wednesday's @ 11am

St George Park: Thursday's @ 3pm

Redcatch Park: Tuesday's @ 9am

How to book?

Sessions are free of charge to attend but you must book a place on the session each week so that we know you are coming.
